Unless you never successfully downloaded the music in the first place, you cannot re-download music purchased in the past. It's different than apps.

People are seriously complaining about $3? I mean, Jesus. I understand wanting bug fixes and stuff for a version for free. But you really expect this guy to give you major updates for free, when this is probably his career at this point?! Do him, yourself and the rest of us that have to listen to you a favor.. go use another Twitter app and shut up. He�s already said if he could, he would gladly offer an upgrade price for 1.x users.. but that�s not on him. That�s Apple and the app store.

Should have never upped from 4.0. Safari and youtube are plagued with issues. Safari in fact rarely opens links on new page anymore.

As a ballroom dancer, my partner and I have to listen to the same music but can't both be teathered to ear buds. With a 4g Itouch playing to her bluetooth headset, would I also get a signal out of the headphones port so that I remain teathered to the buds, or does that port get turned off when BT is in operation?
OR, does ayone know if the Itouch can talk to two BT headphones at the same time?

Why does Apple need my phone number? I just want to buy and use their products? (For an Apple ID, ie, if you want to use any apps, even free ones, Apple requires you to give them your personal data, in Apple's stores, they even ask for your ZIP code when your purchase anything, well at least in those stores I have been.)
You're right. Ideally they wouldn't need my info. In the grand scheme of things, I personally trust Apple more than I trust most other companies. I also expect to have a continuing long-term relationship with them, that includes person-to-person services in addition to sale of products. I also prefer to have a single point-of-contact I can use to sever any relationships I don't want to continue.
So for me it comes down to "who do you trust?" Apple has, historically, been very good about not subscribing me to mailings I don't want. They also never have sold my info (I know this because I use a different email address in a domain I own for every on-line business I do business with. From this I know who, exactly, sells my info. I just look at who my spam is addressed to).

Great news for Apple as far as iOS implementation but comparing including iPod touch doesn't really seem like a fair comparison since Android isn't on any PMP devices.
So as it stands, correct me if I'm wrong, but:
1. Mobile PHONES, Android > iOS
2. Include tablets and PMP iOS > Android by a good margin

Both from fleaBay at way less than the OWC prices. The 2 port will run 2x 2.5 inch drives to become the main HD for the G4 and possibly its time machine backup. The 4 port will look after my itunes, photos etc and general backup duties.
I post some pix once it looks different from stock with a load of drives whirring away :D
Just got my ram ordered as well. $26 for 4x 512mb sticks
Those Sonnet SATA cards are also made by FirmTek for Sonnet. My 2 port card is exactly the same but has a red PCB and says FirmTech rather than Sonnet. This one:

Can I use the MX-2 paste I used on the CPU's?
I used MX-1 on my Radeon 9800XT when I installed an ATI silencer 3 (http://www.arctic.ac/en/p/cooling/eol/vga/252/ati-silencer-3.html) (it came with the ATI Silencer IIRC). It's been almost 4 years and no problems.
