will that fix the issue message that I keep getting? When I boot to the desktop it always says " restart" with a error message that looks like a shutdown button..
it will sure fix it if the kernel panics were caused by overheating, which is likely, i would give it a shot, if that doesnt fix it then you know that the problem lies somewhere else!

Your average consumer says, "Platform A has more games than platform B, so it must be better," despite the quality of the games. At least that's what I remember people saying back in the N64 days.
And with the bad games, and more market share, the good games will find their way to the platform. Plus, maybe we'll see some interesting stuff from smaller developers.

I have FOUR externals connected to my Mac right now. 1 for SL Time Machine, 1 for Lion, 1 for Lion Time Machine, and 1 for shared storage.

No, but if you go visit the the D3/D700 forum on dpreview they have 5 or 6 threads a day filled with baseless speculation on this topic. You can at least get your fill there.

Yeah it's thick, but seriously, I can throw my iPhone 4 and your glasses will crack, not my phone's.
Check out some videos on youtube, saw some people drop weights on the thing. When I bought mine, the lady had her phone in it and threw it to the ground (I shrieked like a lil girl) and low and behold, the phone was fine.
Oh and you can use the clip for a stand as well.

no read what I was saying. I am not going to go with the standard MS is coping Apple crap that will be coming flying soon.
Hell Apple coping the flash game lay out more proves that the simple lay out used is kind of a standard long before Apple used it. It was shutting down the standard argument MS is coping.
BTW I would not even say Apple is really copy any one. It is just a simple layout and lets face it there are only so many ways to do that layout.

The great thing about firewire... no processor power is used, unlike USB that uses the processor.I've always heard the 6pin variant referred to as FW600 while FW400 was reserved only for the mini 4pin which doesn't have power. I realize it may not be technically correct but it's always allowed easier differentiation between the two connectors.

Well, MewSeek is like limewire and, if you get the paid version, you can add songs to the ipod/music app. And Wifi sync lets you do just that, sync over wifi (but sadly not bluetooth)

Ok, here is the issue. I have a MacBook Pro 15 inch 2.4 Core 2 Duo (late 2007 model) with 6GB of RAM (DDR2 667). I don't know how to explain this because I am so pissed! Ok so let me try. Take a look at this screenshot.
In proper English (the one spoken in Britain), pissed = drunk out of your head, pissed off = annoyed. I assume you are annoyed because you have just enough knowledge to get all heated up under your collar, but not enough knowledge to actually understand things.
Unused memory is useless. You bought 6 GB of RAM to use it. Freeing up the inactive memory just wastes it. What you want to do is like renting a huge storage space and paying lots of money for it, filling it with your stuff, and then complaining that you don't have any empty storage space left. That's the point of it, to be used.
I cant open other apps because there is only 28.6MB of memory FREE..
You _think_ you can't open other apps. If you had tried it, you would have seen that the application is started just fine, and the "inactive" memory gets instantly turned into "used" memory for the next application. And if you have neither unused nor inactive memory, you can still start more applications. The operating system will then automatically use the hard drive instead of RAM, which is slower but still works.
