When did they receive GC approval? Is it recent or 1-2 years ago?
I personally know one my co-worker and other a friend's friend. Both from India & didn't even informed INS (now CIS) about job change. No RFE, they did recieve their GC without any issues.

I also have two I-485s pending. I contacted the attorneys about this and they said not to do anything with them. Let USCIS deny one of those when time comes. Sending any sort of communication to USCIS might cause more confusion than necessary. I hope that helps.

H1B holders cannot able to incorporate a LLC or S corp. They can incorporate a C corp. But cannot able to work for their own corporation. I don't know in H1B can buy a share at 33%.
He can be a sleeping partner. Not able to work or hold any position till he can able to get a H1B from that company, or get a EAD to work after filing AOS.

My apologies if everyone is sick of looking at my flower images. This bloom is from what we call spider plants. They're a unique very open bloom with just a few petals and long stamens/anthers. Separating out one bloom and getting enough DOF proved very difficult to impossible. Would appreciate any suggestions.

Guys..i have noticed that so many other members has already been complained about the getting Red dots for no reason...i got the red for this post for just a spell mistake. This is too much and IV has to do some thing about this. Otherwise people will afraid or not be willing to post their opinions here...

Interesting..If I visit VFS in person when I'm in Chennai, How soon will I get the appointment. My visa expires in Feb'07 and I'm going to Chennai for 3 weeks in Nov. So If I don't get appt I can always try for the next trip..
As said they have seprate quota for 'Returning workers' . I have used it. I went to VFS on 23rd nov 2005 and got appt for 30th Nov 2005.

Manpreet Bawa can do advertising for "Life Insurance" and Hebbar77 can do for his coaching classes and show the anti immigrant attitude to divert everyone.

I hope USCIS finds each and every one of these companies who have flooded the US market with EB-2 and EB-3 applicants, based on FAKE credentials. They need to be found, charged under applicable law, their assests seized and the owners of these companies put in the slammer.
I have worked with contract houses who have long standing reputation in the market and will under no circumstances entertain or employ anybody who expects them to file any kind of visa or immigrant petition, unless their credentials are solid and they can pass an extensive background check.. Those companies have nothing to fear about.

It is the law that you file AR-11 within (I think) 10 days after moving to a new address. If you do not do say, technically they can deport you. So send the AR-11 form with proof of sending. You can also submit AR-11 form online.
You should also change the address on the USCIS site. This operation is different from AR-11 submission.

Your Lawyer should advice what he is supposed to do. Don't take the ownership of doing something afterwhich lawyer would on your back. So be on his/her back and they should handle it. They can send a letter and the correct copy of your MC with the reciept #. How did you know that the MC was different, did your coworker shout at you ;)

I am sorry while i was writing my initial post i missed adding NOT,
"As I am NOT on job at present, I can not produce any client letter at consulate in case if they ask. "
Let me add more on my scenario, I don't know how correct to use the word "laid off", my contract was ended in DEC-08 with client, but still my H1B holding company is paying me and said that they will support sending me all needed documents for H1B extension Stamping, asked me to take a vacation for a month or so (as any way i am going back to India for extension).
As "LostInGCProcess" said as long as my company is paying me, Will i have chances to get my extension stamping? or Shall I have to be on the job with Client and have to carry a letter of proof showing which client i work for?

How can a illegal obtain a paycheck without using a stolen SSN, so there is no way CIR can pass in its current state which allows for a guest worker program. This would mean that any illegal who has stolen a SSN would not be eligible for Guest Worker program - which would be over 90% of illegals.
