Quick question. When Steve announces a new iWork and iLife today, will the Apple Stores have it?
I guess my question is, are the new products sitting in the back room of Apple Stores, just waiting for the Keynote to be over, so they can be put on the shelf?

30% power savings sounds good to me. My regular AT&T cell phone is a battery hog and it is almost unreadable when the backlight is off. Having the LED display itself be the light sounds sweet. Imagine how much longer the iPhone battery life would have been with that kind of display, especially given the resolution differences are almost trivial at that size. I'm not sure Apple made the best choice here.

I have a 50x50 vinyl banner of the moon landing, apparently this is much sought after, however I cannot find any record of one being sold. The only posters i can find are the long/slim ones. Mine is completely square. It is authentic i know that for a fact, its been in my possession for many years now and i personally took it down from the ceiling where it hung.

In case you're wondering,I have EVERY intention of uninstalling the Apps that I want to buy legally, but I have no intention on uninstalling the others; especially the ones that I paid for legally in the past and which I can't get access to any more legally.
It's like this... How would you feel paying good money for certain Apps only to find that "Herr Jobs" in his infinite wisdom has suddenly decided that these Apps are a bad thing after Apple has gotten their 30% from the sale of each App.
Also, I want to keep my iPod Touch unbroken because I want to use Cydia Apps like WiFi Sync and WinterBoard.
Before I forget, I do have a lot of legitimate Apps including RxmindMe which I use for my Epilepsy medication so don't accuse me of having all my Apps be jailbroken ones as the majority of them are legit ones downloaded from the App Store!
Look at it this way, if you want your iPod Touch to look as generic as the millions of others; be my guest, but I'd rather be a rebel than a person who's willing to be one of the iPod Touch owners afraid of change...

Can anyone give me the right amount to partition off for Windows XP+Games+Bootcamp?

Simple answer - No we can't.
Longer answer - Only you know how many games you will be wanting to install on XP, similar to the above poster, I only play one game which requires Windows, so I set mine to 40GB, which was enough for OS and the game.
One piece of advice I would give you is to partition your drive into 3, one for Mac OS, one for Windows and a third 'spare' partition. THat way if you find yourself running out of space on either Mac or Windows you can format the 'spare' partition appropriately, or even split the spare into two.

I've had mine for a few weeks now and it's wonderful. All the apple stores in my area had ones with the pink cast so I was a little nervous but it looks amazing.

I tried searching for this with no luck so I'm sorry if this has been asked and answered in the past.
I finally updated my Macbook Pro to 10.6.7 yesterday and haven't had any issues except for when I close the lid to put the computer to sleep rather than going to sleep after 1-2 seconds, it takes about 30 seconds. I'm not running any different programs than I was with 10.6.6.
Any solutions?

I have been trying to download iTunes for mac, for a reinstall, since late yesterday. None of the links I have found work. Either they don't exist, or they are being redirected by Apple's site to the apple.com/startpage. Any way to let Apple know their links are not working and that iTunes is unavailable for download?

Recently I've been having major problems with my Airport (PowerBook G4) -- a lot of stalls and stops when opening even the most basic webpages, can't download new software (although I did manage to download the latest airport update) -- it's almost as if I'm on dial-up. It's always run a bit slow, but lately it's just been unacceptable. I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with my provider. Does anyone here have any idea why this is happening?

Heyyy everyone,
Just wondering if anyone has seen or owns an iPhone 4 replacement back that happens to have a kickstand?
I know there are plenty of cases out there that have kickstands, but I think a replacement back with one would be pretty cool.
And if not, can anyone recommend a nice thin clear case with kickstand? Thanks!

Posted my mac pro 1.1 on ebay to end on monday. Looking at new mac pro, but hoping apple would do a minor processor refresh to include the 3.2 hex, etc. any history of doing this?
