You don't need to have the same identity as your MacRumors name (although it would make sense).
Oh, good point. Sorry about that, I was just saying what to do from personal experience/use of folding@home. :o :)

Ok I'm buying a B&W macintosh and upgradeing it. I noticed that the standard video card is in a special PCI slot. Can I put an upgraded video card in one of the normal PCI slots or do I have to use that special slot that the standard one has? Also can I buy any video card or does it have to be a special mac version?

The kwajo media group just put out a sneak preview of their new animation "untitled_voices" which you can watch by going here http://www.kwajo.com/portfolioframe.html then clicking to the 'filmography' page. All the music and animation was done in-house.
please post your thoughts and comments, but keep in mind it is only an early glimpse :)

Thanks! Which one is better?
Another question . People said once I use the turbo SIM I can not turn the cell phone off anymore. Why that?
That's with the first generation Gevey Turbo Sims. If you buy a Gevey Pro you don't need to do that.
But the good thing with the Rebel Micro Sim, you don't have to cut your sim card to fit the custom tray.

Yeah, I did that, and it had already been unchecked. They're still not working even with that unchecked.

I meet one person after another who thinks iTunes Store tracks are sourced from CDs. But to me this doesn't make any sense because for the amount of tracks available on the store, the number that become newly available regularly... it would take an army.
I was always under the impression that Apple sourced the tracks digitally from the labels, and encoded to AAC from sources that were almost certainly higher up the ladder than CD quality (ie; studio master)
Does anybody know for sure what the lineage of Store songs is?
Thanks.
Im pretty sure Apple gets sent the studio master audio (uncompressed raw audio) and then they compress it to the required format - thats why iTunes Plus had so many tracks available at launch, Apple probably handles the encoding.

Love 180's even though I don't use them, but I worked in a high end sports store for a long time, and they're quality. I'd be fine using my iPod earbuds with a pair of regular 180s, though. I don't like the idea of using the earbuds that come with those 180s. Hell, even Quicksilver used to sell toques with earphones built into them. They sucked.

Download the video podcast from the iTunes store... much quicker and then you have a copy of it for future drooling too

Sounds to me like a dry/cracked solder joint on the deflection yoke connector. Sadly when this happens, it can overheat the plastic plug and cause a "hot join" between the cable connector and the connector soldered to the analog board. The yoke connector is the four pin white connector pictured here (http://www.flickr.com/photos/66071596@N00/347417565/) at the top edge of the board.
On early revisions the pins didn't protrude very far on the solder side and caused a lot of heat dissipation which eventually cracks the solder.
If you know somebody with good soldering skills and have the correct "long reach" torx screw driver (to access two of the four screws under the top handle) then it's worth taking a look.
Try hitting the box at the left side near the top to see if the width of the picture jumps around. If it does, a dry/cracked solder joint is most likely it.
If it doesn't, and it's a thin vertical line (about 1-2mm) then the problem is a little worse. :(

haven't used the app myself - not letting any winsloth crapola near my beloved Macs ;)
download the manual (http://www.paragon-software.com/home/camptune/manual.html) and find out.
btw, i believe you can now also use iPartition (http://www.coriolis-systems.com/iPartition.php?gclid=CNmfgYCMtagCFUOHDgodPClQBw) to resize the BC partition.

You won't directly be able to install XP over 7. You'll have to use bootcamp assistant to erase the windows partition and create a new one.

Hey guys I'm not all that computer savvy and have run into a problem. I use my Bluetooth keyboard and track pad for my Mac. Every so often I'll play bejeweled on Facebook and like to use my magic mouse for the game, sometimes if my mouse won't connect I'll restart my computer and it will be connected. Well such was the case this morning but after restarting my computer nothing is connected and I can not get any of them to connect. When I open up the Bluetooth window it will show my keyboard and trackpad connecting and disconnecting every few seconds and even if it says they are connected they do not work. Any help on how I can get them connected again? Thanks guys.

Indeed, it's the greatest advertisement ever. Ever.
Don't advertise your site - just cram it all in the box!
Great idea, do they get a referral fee? If so - infinite revenue loop! ;)

I'm not really sure how to set up the subnets as you say but if it is the subnet mask valu you are talking about then those values are the same on the Powerbook and the iMac.
Anything else it could be, it is strange for it to work once then not work after that.
