Where's the poll option for "only an idiot would buy an iPhone two months before WWDC?"
Ok guys, you took on the "white is for girls only" guy, I get a shot at this one ;)
Here we go:
Two months before WWDC, you say? Are they going to start selling a new iPhone at WWDC? NO. Are they going to at least announce a new iPhone at WWDC? Well, if you read: THIS BLOG - NO.
So, what does WWDC have to do with a new iPhone? Nothing, in our collective knowledge here. You may think something different, but calling me an idiot simply because I don't live inside your brain is... not very smart, to put it mildly. :mad:

Edit: Yep. I'm buying one. My 3G is on it's last legs, I like white better than black, and "5" is 5 or 6 months away at least (and not promising much of an upgrade from 4 either)

Does anyone know if Apple will be offering this card separately? I picked up a Quad with the stock 6600 and need to add another card (to run two 30" displays).
Anyone know if the Quad specs allow for two 7800's in a Quad, or only one 7800 and one 6600 or 6800?

nice! what speed are you running at now? still 4.4 ghz?
4.5 now. Higher than that it starts to become less and less efficient. I can run at full load at minimal increased heat and power consumption over the stock 3.8 turbo. 4.6 and up on this chip starts to require more juice.

Sounds like you got an older revision of the case. Apparently, the newer ones from Speck themselves are a little softer and easier to handle.
Nothing you can do about the one you have to make it softer. You can always try contacting Speck for a replacement. I hear they're pretty generous with replacements.

nope -- its GIVING users choice. why? remember, w/ iOS subscriptions, YOU get to decide who you opt-in to. you, the CUSTOMER.
And what is the innovation in this? You always had the option to decide (remember those checkboxes). I really don't see how Apple's solution is really different from the current situation.
