Okay. Maybe I am too daft to fully understand you.
Can't you right click on the ODD icon in Windows Explorer?

Are both Option keys not working? Have your tried another external USB keyboard? Even a Windows keyboard will work.
And to be absolutely sure, and so I understand correctly, as this is new to me, you were able to eject any optical media inside the ODD by just pressing the OPTION key during the boot process into Windows (after you restarted the Mac and chose to boot Windows)?
If you have successfully installed the Windows drivers from the Mac OS X DVD, then you can use the Boot Camp Utility in the Task Bar to restart into Mac OS X.
What i meant is that I used to start with the option key and thereafter pressing the eject button.(When they show the different drivers)The option keys do work but they are locked.(Firmware password locked)Thats why I'm asking whether theres an alternative way to get the disk to eject apart from attempting to eject from Windows Explorer. having an iphone will change your life. especially if you are coming from non-iphone phone. I can guarantee you that you won't regret even a single penny. Think of this way, Iphone is a "must", ipad can be supplemental and be a capable companion.
I think the most effective route is to go with iphone first, then save up for the ipad.

I was actually thinking of waiting until I could get 8GB and SandyBridge (iX) processors. ;) But the fact they'll have to be ULV will still make their performance lower than the MBPs.

Can anyone help me with two questions:
1) Has the software update feature for Firefox ever work in identifying that there is a new version of FF itself out? I get updates to themes and extensions, but never FF. PR didn't find 1.0 when I clicked the prefs check for updates, and 1.0 didn't find 1.0.1, and now 1.0.1 didn't find 1.0.2. In the previous two cases, this was true even a couple weeks after the release of the new version (months for a lab PC using PR 0.8 that I hadn't been using for a while). So I figure that for some reason, the feature just doesn't work for me, in spite of the fact that there is an option checked right there, to look for FF updates.
2) Since search plug-ins are stored inside the contents of Firefox, what do people do in order to avoid having to re-install all their search plug-ins? Archive the directory and restore it? Or is there an easier way?
1) I don't believe so.
2) I just uninstall and reinstall the new version of Firefox. I haven't noticed that I lose anything, bookmarks, extensions, or plugins.
Oh, and I'm on a Windows :mad: machine. I don't know if that makes a difference.

Sherway Gardens usually has less people lined up since it is not very easy to get their by TTC. Well it had less people during the iPhone 4 launch compared to some of the other malls.

Ga I wish Bartlesville schools had at least a few macs that weren't from 1998. If only they new what potential could come of putting a little bit of creativity into the classroom instead of working on cheap Dells with outdated software. I mean the computers at my school don't even have Cd burners when I was writing the school paper they expected us to use floppy discs all the time. At least Apple finally put an Apple Store in Tulsa can't wait for friday.

Hey I'm looking into buying a preferably new Macbook or Macbook Pro. I need one soon as I'm moving out for my freshman year of college. The things I'm mainly concerned about is 500+GB, 4GB RAM, and 2.4+Ghz. I was wondering what might be some good places to begin looking for the right laptop.

Godfather: Blackhand Edition (the wii version) is really neat... lots of stuff to do, lots of destruction and mayhem... and the wiimote integration is were the game really shines... i never played the original version, but as i understand it, there hass been a good amount added compared to the oringinal xbox version... not to mention over 25 wiimote gestures for executing and intimidating people...
Lots of additional levels in the Wii version that weren't in the original, as well. Definitely buying this next week.

Ive let it run down completely a couple times before but i havent had any visible changes. I could try lowering the brightness and turning off the push notifications. It still should'nt go down 5% battery for just a facebook update.

best advice- talk to an insurance agent who knows the details of their plans and what is avail. No one on here can speak accurately as all plans as they all work different for diff companies.
