If you visit the Network settings in System Preferences using the 3rd button next to the plus and minus you can tell OS X which connections to prioritise over others.

I am currently using a white Macbook (2.0 GHz / 3GB / GMA 950) from 5 years ago and it is performing admirably for most daily tasks; the only that stretches it a bit is my RAW photo editing on Lightroom 3. I process photos from my Canon EOS 60D, so we're looking at ~20MB images.
I'm thinking about getting a new machine and am considering the following. Note that I'm not concerned about the hard drive capacity, since I use external drives extensively anyway.

Wasn't this already known? My (somewhat) fuzzy memory seems to recall that Time Team were there for 6 summers and found this, along with a ceremonial route, evidence of many, many structures (wooden and stone) and lots and lots of human remains in the immediate area surrounding Stonehenge.
You must concentrate, try to remember. It may just completely unearth it all back into existence!

Never had a portable before....Personally, I love using a desktop much more than a laptop but it is convenient, which is part of the reason why I didn't need/want power in a portable.

The iMac is going to be faster than the MacPro. Which I think is pretty sad. The MacPro will give you more expansion opportunities, but if you don't need them it's a moot point. You could throw on a Promise RAID hooked into Thunderbolt and get extremely fast transfer speeds. I would get the iMac and start saving for the next major upgrade in the MacPro line. I wouldn't buy any current Mac that didn't have Thunderbolt.

The MBP arrived today - it's condition is immaculate, even the box is perfect. I found exactly one hair in the keyboard - that's the only sign it was used, ever. This seller has been very professional and has provided great communication throughout our transaction. I would definitely buy from him again.

The official TRIM support is already in Snow Leopard builds for the new Macbook Pros with SSDs and it's in Lion as well. The official support is only for the Apple's SSDs, no TRIM support for third party SSDs. There is a way to enable it for any SSD that supports TRIM, but it is a hack. I had a train ride from London to Aberystwyth (long!!!!) and I played "Syphon Filter" the entire way. It's an awesome game and likely my favorite so far on the PSP. I've also had a blast with Lumines, but it can be a bit stressful! Someone on here mentioned the DS. In ALL honesty. The DS Lite is a better machine than the PSP. You should fold her up and dip it in your pocket. Unlike the PSP which you always have to be careful with and wait for it to load. The only reason I still use the PSP is because of the video feature. I have PSPware and often put family guy episodes and such on it. But in the games department I find myself playing my girlfriend's DS Lite more than anything. I played Mario on the plane the other day for 4 hours. Either way, you'll have fun.

Did you change the machine id on the other installations? Are they all in seperate folders so the data files dont overlap?
I've never seen that error from the log..

Considering you're running the WORST version security wise of phpBB I'd suggest you update, it's not hard no matter how many MODs you have, and if you're that worried about it I could even do it for you...

Security holes were the first major issue that we encountered... and now we have incredibly slow loading times and it is very hard to upgrade the software since we have made so many hacks to the default installation.
If you want lightweight and super fast, try PunBB (http://punbb.org).
If you want a powerful board with good support, use vBulleting or Invision Powerboard.

4 DIMM or 8 DIMMs do not matter, all PowerMac G5s use memory in pairs -- due to dual channel memory.
Single channel is 1 DIMM installed at a time, the PowerMac G5 is NOT one of these machines. Therefore install 2 at a time.

So if Versions/Autosave allows for incremental saves so only the changes are saved to disk each time. Then those would make for very small packets to be synced between devices. Which could make a lightweight syncing system, that could be announced last minute, as developer just need to make sure they are working with the first two bits.
Although WWDC will be the last event before summer release so you'd expect all major features to be announced then and the full 150+ features detailed on the website then with a firm release day.

I would go with a 3DS. I am using a DS Lite still but the new Pokemon is great. I haven't played since red/blue/green/yellow days. Lots of cool upgrades while still feeling very at home. :)

So essentially this law is saying the the state government of North Dakota would cease to exist and there would be anarchy. If no one needs to follow laws, that's really what this amendment means.
However, what makes it extra silly is that North Dakota can't secede from the Union, so the residents would still be subject to Federal law. That would spoil the party.
