So for some reason my site keeps loading slowly, and I know it's not my ISP. I just upgraded last week from 3mbps to 12mbps (don't ask why it hadn't been done years ago) and I really don't see a speed difference, it just seems slow, no idea why. However when I run speed tests it shows the results. Anyways my site is loading slow and not just for me at my house but for all people who go to it, any ideas or fixes? Also the use a site CMS Made Simple for all of my web files, has any used it? Struggling to update my files and gain ftp access using FileZilla.
Thanks guys, I apologize for my lack of knowledge in this area.

Hello @all,
since one month i have this question all day and unfortunately i can't decide what to purchase.
I work with Ableton Live on a MBP 15" 2007 and since i have used a 27" iMac at work i'm in love with this screensize. Secondly i play WoW...sometimes for three or four hours but not longer. I've noted that the 27" iMac i3 + 8GB fit my needs for Ableton and WoW. On the other side i need portability, because i'm a software engineer and so i travel a lot. The pro of the iMac 27" i3 is: it's really silent when i play (had tested WoW between christmas holidays), i have a lot of screen space for Ableton Live and Xcode. Has someone some infos about Ableton Live on a MacBook Air??? (MBA 13" + 128GB SSD + 4GB RAM) Is it possible to play WoW on it?
The other opportunity is purchasing a MBP 15" and an Apple Cinema Display 27". Unfortunately the MBP will be very hot when gaming, especially if its connected to a Cinema Display. Is someone here, who plays WoW on an 27" Cinema Display? Do you played windowed or fullscreen? The pro of the MBP 15" is, that i have all my data in one system.
What to do? Both ways are possible for me... Opinions?
Thanks in advance,

So I love the deal I received over at Microcenter, over a year ago, a 13" Macbook (not Pro) for $799. Put 8 gigs of RAM in it, but other than that, stock. Now they have 13" MBP (the new ones w/ Thunderbolt) for $999. I'm trying to debate if it would be a sound decision to upgrade, or just save up a bit more and go for the 15" HRAG 2.0 GHZ MBP.
I have my box I setup myself a few years ago, a Core2Duo Windows 7 system, a 2008/9 Mac Mini, which I use as a HTPC mainly, and the aforementioned Macbook.
I use the Macbook on the go, mainly Scrivener/Office, browsing, iLife (mostly iMovie and iPhoto), and some basic multitrack recording.
I use my PC for the heavy lifting (encoding video, playing videogames, etc).
I am looking for a second opinion on "upgrading" the MB to the MBP, or wondering if I should hold off and get the 15" MBP to really supplant my desktop Windows computer. I know the Mac isn't designed for gaming, and it's not my primary focus, but how big of a difference would be the discrete graphics card between the 2.0 and the 2.2 15" MBPS?
Thanks!

does anyone know which code to use for back ground music that will work for both mac and PC?
Do not, under any circumstances, add background music to a website. Ever.

Here are some Rope brushes for Illustrator (http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/exchange/index.cfm?event=extensionDetail&loc=en_us&extid=1045700), but you'd have to then do some Photoshopping to make the result look realistic.
