Sorry to be slow to respond. Like most Chrome apps, it's just a snippet packaged for the Chrome store that when activated, opens the Macrumors site. It shows up in the main Chrome menu for easy access, instead of in the harder-to-reach bookmarks menu. It's main advantage is in being a better alternative to a Macrumors bookmark for people like me who live in Google's ecosystem and/or use Chrome OS devices.

I don't see an iTunes forum, this is about syncing, so I hope it's in the right place...
I'm trying to update my apps in iTunes (latest version), I click ok about age restricted blah blah, then I get this:
"This item is temporarily unavailable.
Please try again later."
:mad:item?? what item? I'm trying to update my apps!! WTF?!? If there is a problem with one app, wouldn't it say so? If there is another problem, why am I getting this error???
I'm trying to update my apps so I can sync my ipad & iphone!

Alright first I thought it was a drive failure but now I know it wasn't. I took the hard drive out of my daughter Macbook Pro mid 2009 and installed the hard drive out of my Macbook Pro mid 2009 both 13 inch. Her computer won't boot to my drive when I know it's working fine. I get the apple and the spinning wheel and that's as far as it goes. After time I will get a circle with a line through it. Any ideas what could be causing this?:mad:

None of this works. I tried all of this before. I know there is a terminal command, but I don't remember it.
BTW I get error code -35 when I try to do anything with it. I don't know if this is the problem, but it happened right after I did this. I was going to burn a DVD and didn't. I couldn't eject the disc, so I restarted with the mouse pressed to force eject it. It ejected OK, but the icon was still on my desktop. I sent it to trash and when I went to delete trash, there were two files there with strange symbols underneath, These are the files I can't get rid of.

I can offer you $45 shipped if interested to get it off your hands.
In all honesty, I was hoping for a little more than that. Let me ponder it.

I'm not sure if this helps, but my MBP with an Intel SSD (G2) is pretty damn fast. I definitely get less than 15 sec boot ups. The only thing I don't get is that deep sleep feature that Apple put into the MBAs where the laptop can last for 30 days. I think that's more of a design/firmware feature Apple cooked up into the MBAs.
As for instant on, it's fast too. Maybe not as fast as the MBAs, but I get to my login screen in less than 8 seconds. Also shuts down in less than 5 seconds too. I think it all matters about the SSD. Apple doesn't offer the fast SSDs from Intel and OCZ with Sandforce controllers so if you get a MBP now with the SSD option you might not get speeds as those with Intel/ OCZ SSDs.

Just in case you were wondering, I haven't found any dangerous bug's and I haven't emailed anyone, yet.
Which is kinda lucky.
When do you start charging?

Hello,
Been looking for my original iBook G4 disc for a while. Then I found all the original to find that when I boot it up, (yes I am holding c down) it gives me the blinking folder with a question mark and then the finder in a folder? Please explain!
The iBook says apparently it is a DVD, and I am running 10.4.11 and the install DVD has 10.3.5 on it. I open it up when the computer is on and it says it has no items in it? How is this possible???? Please help, I don't want to give up on this poor little guy!

Thanks for your reply. I got it figured out (and you were right). I didn't realize the 'burn" needed to be done through Disk Utility (I simply right clicked on the file and selected burn the first time). The next problem I faced was a black screen on install. I have a Late 2009 iMac and evidently this was a common problem. A pain, but I found the solution on Apples's support pages.
One last issue. I understand that there should be a bootcamp control panel on the task bar when I am in Windows that would allow me to switch to booting back to my Mac, but it's not there. I am in search of a solution. Any thoughts?

Delicious Library will definitely print the library, but you may not have any options of what gets printed (Artist, Title, etc.). You can also copy and paste data from iTunes into a spreadsheet, and work with it there before being printed.

Howdy guys, I decided to get back into folding on my Macbook, and I'm wondering which way is fastest. Here're the options I'm considering:
1) GPU client running under bootcamp (GMA 950... good/bad idea?)
2) Intel Mac console version using InCrease
2.5) When using InCrease, should I use the default (2) processors, or 4? What kind of difference does that make anyway?
3) Running both the CPU and GPU client simultaneously under windows. I assume they run independently of each other?
Thanks! Here to join the folding army

Actually, that looks like more pure speculation and conjecture, some of which is contradicted by other speculation and conjecture in threads here. Only people at ATT know how they are targeting tethering and what might be the tip off.
Also, I know this article was written prior to this happening, but since ATT has banned tethering apps from the official Android store, it seems much more likely that they will target Android devices soon.

Alan Wake is a game that grabs you as soon as it starts. The first thing to note is that this game looks absolutely beautiful. Voice quality is one of the best I have heard in any game. About Alan Wake is credible. And the most important story is excellent.

This pic rocks. You have my vote. The simplicity of it is what sells it for me. (Plus the DJ-esque hands moving, like you're doing some scratching on the notebooks or something.)
